My Story
Get to know me
My name is John Williams and I am the Director of Deep Space Development. I have always possessed a never-ending drive to continuously learn and grow as a person and I enjoy using this drive to help others reach their goals.
Looking back, I think this drive to learn led me to study for a bachelors in psychology which I started and completed whilst I worked in full time employment. Though challenging, I enjoyed the process of learning (and still do) and this was a memorable milestone in my development journey.
Outside professional life I spend time with my family, coastal walks & national trust walks and of course--reading. I enjoy creating and am part of a local writers group. It inspires me to be around creative people.
Throughout my career in the aerospace industry I searched for opportunities to use my learnings, so that I can benefit the people I have had contact with and I found that coaching others to be a fulfilling part of my roles. Coaching has been an intrinsic part of my leadership style and practicing this skill has allowed me to grow as a person.
